3. Eating Responsibly
Eating responsibly is a good way to stay healthy. Staying healthy gives you more energy and works your brain faster than ever..Don’t eat fats (junk food) because eating junk foods can make you fat and also you know..,unhealthy..To make changes about being unhealthy and turning into healthy might be hard but not to hard because first of (1) you might not like the food that they serve.Second of all (2) you got addicted to eating junks foods and that you might carve for it while eating healthy foods. Being healthy can make you look gorgeous and can also give you long life to live. A lot of people might get tired of eating healthy foods over and over but at least its giving them healthy body and living life longer.
1. Bulimia
Bulimia is an eating disorder. It is where people try to eat a lot of food and tr to prevent gain weight. Bulimia may exercise a lot and will try to eat little or not to eat at all, or they can even take pills to pass urine to prevent the weight gain. It is true that many bulimia are affecting many womans. There are 90 percent of people that have bulimia are womans. Bulimia is more than a prob;em with foods because it can also be a cause of having dieting, stress, being sad and angry.

2. Anorexia
Anorexia is also the one way of preventing weight gain. Anorexia is what people do to starve theirself and try to control theirself of eating a lot. A person with anorexia has a low body weight. They try to resists keeping a normal body weight. They have an intense fear of gaining weight. They would also think that they have o go on diet because they think they’re to fat but when you look at them, to you they would look like a stick.

3. Compulsive overeating
Compulsivve overeating is an uncontrollable eating which can be followed by feelings of guilt or shame. Compulsive overeating is way different than bulimia because it does not involve in purging. People that have a compulsive overeating can cause them hypertension, weight gain or or even risk theirselves of having a diabetes.
2. Physical Fitness
Being fit is fun because its healthy. From my age to and adult i think some would probably be saying that being fit is not good because your gonna look like an anorexia freak. For that i dont agree because there are a lot of ways to be fit not just starving yourself but to excercise.
What do you think about being fit?
Well for me being fit is not looking like an anorexic freak unless you do the right rule to stay fit. Some people of my age that is not fit can sometimes be the number one (1) insecurities at school or at home. I thought to myself before that being fit is silfish because people would just do that to get some cool friends. Doing all the workout Mrs. Vermeulen gave us was actually hard for me the first time i did it but when you really get use to it you’ll say ”ohH my gosh i didn’t this woul,d be so easy after all your complains you change what you thought about the lesson. Doing all the requirments of being healthy fit might be tough but it’s all worth it.

1. Drugs
You say drugs can take all your stress and depression away. But did you know that it can also be a problem to your health?? Using drugs can make you really high that you forget your whole name.. Drugs can make you so addicted that you can’t even stop what your doing. It can probably make you forget about the problem’s that your having but it doesn’t make any good to your life.. Drugs is the worst idea to forget the emotions and the problems that your having. Because if you really think about it, your stress and depression can just normally fade away temporary.
Having a stress and a depression can be really hard but you dont have to use drugs to get it out of your head. Depression and stress are mostly the problem of using drugs. They can damage a lot of systems in your body like brain damage, liver damage etc. Not only adults do drugs now a days but also teens. They only do drugs is because people can see them as cool people. They avoid what teachers, counsilors and even what their parents say. Teens that do drugs either have problem finding some “cool friends” or even problems from home. Teens that suffers with drugs is a bad sign because when they get old they can suffer from being a mentally adult.
