10. Health and Wellness

Stop being jealous of people having a nice and curvy body and think about your health and wellness.  Eat right and be your self when being called fat or whatever cause at least you know that your healthy.  Try to sleep at the right time so you won’t get anemia,  which is low red blood cells and a high white cells.  So if you want to be happy and healthy get your self into a good habit of being into the right place of getting healthy and well.
